Quiet and secluded location within minutes to beaches, Ogunquit downtown, and all the Maine seacoast has to offer. Family friendly gated community includes access to heated outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse with arcade, pickleball courts, and bocce court.
Enjoy grilling in the private backyard overlooking a wooded walking path. Or relax in the cozy sunroom equipped with privacy glass.
An open concept floorplan includes an eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and everything you’d need to prepare meals. Relaxing living room features WiFi-enabled Smart TV and gas fireplace.
Two bedrooms offer space to relax and unwind - with a queen-size bed in one room and full-size bunkbeds in the other. A pull-out couch in the living room is also available to comfortably sleep up to 5-6 people max.
The home features a mini-split with AC and heat in the living room powerful enough to cool each bedroom, along with baseboard heat throughout. Washer/dryer also available.
Beach Dreams is a completely non-smoking community. Pets are strictly not allowed.
