Perfect Stay at Beach Dreams

We had a great stay at this location. House was exactly as pictured, amenities were on point, weather was great and we enjoyed both the pool and the pickleball courts.

Beautiful little cottage

Stayed for 10 nights, like we do every summer vacation. First time at Beach Dreams. Love the quiet, private pool and how central it was to everything. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Lovely home

The house is lovely with beautiful beach decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was a good location, a short ride to ogunquit. We enjoyed some evening swims in the pool. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Beach Dreams

Our stop at Beach Dreams was the perfect location to break up our trip home between Acadia and Connecticut. We enjoyed all the amenities of condo living and the surrounding area. So much to do and see! We loved Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and most enjoyable!

We had a great time at the condo. It has everything you need . We recommend to head to drakes island beach. There is municipal parking . It was beautiful !!!

The cottage was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Derek was very responsive when I had a question about the TV. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were great to deal with, the cottage was clean, beautiful and stocked with everything you’ll need and more! Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect shore location

What a wonderful cottage! Derek and Julie could not have been better hosts. The place was clean and convenient to the beach and other shore attractions. The pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. So wonderful that they provided all the things we needed for the beach: chairs, cart, cooler, boogie boards. Just great!

Fantastic cottage in a great location

The well equipped cottage is situated within the Beach Dreams complex which has excellent facilities. Everything you could ever need for the beach was provided at the cottage so that you can enjoy all the excellent beaches nearby without having to bring your own equipment. We loved Ogunquit beach both at high and low tide. Thanks Julie and Derek for your excellent communication and tips. We would love to come every year if we didn’t live so far away!

Wonderful weekend in this gorgeous cottage!

We just fell in love with this cute & cosy cottage. We really felt at home. Derek and Julie have the love for details in the decoration. Also, the cottage is very well furnished and equipped. The contact with the owners was perfect at all times. They were very arranging, friendly and gave us great advice! Perfect location next to Ogunquit. The cottage was just not that easy to find when we arrived at 2am as it is quite far from the entrance. We recommend this cottage 100%!

Good location!

Beach dreams cottage was a great launching spot for our trip to Wells/Ogunquit area. Very quick drive to the area beaches (Moody closest - 2 miles ) and having the pool available was key for our kids to use after spending time at the beach. The cottage had all the basic amenities needed. It was cozy and comfortable, overall clean. I may be particular, but I would have preferred a bit more detail to cleaning since it's not a huge space (I noticed dust/dirt on porch baseboards, dusty window blinds, the AC unit dusty). The hosts were very attentive and communicative and offered a lot of helpful tips. We would definitely consider booking again for a future trip!

Quiet cottage with comfortable beds.

The Cottage was very nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Everything needed was provided. The area was very quiet. The owners were very responsive. Spending the last morning doing multiple loads of wash wasn’t a lot of fun. Luckily we didn’t need to leave early and could wash and dry a load of bath towels and two loads of sheets before 11. (We definitely suggest following the owner’s recommendation and wash a load for the colored kitchen towel and any beach towels the night before.)

such a wonderful home for a maine get-away!

julie and derek are amazing hosts! the cottage is cozy and beautifully decorated. we loved having our morning coffee's while sitting out on the sun-porch. the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were so comfy and the living room is very inviting. we were able to visit most of our favorite spots; congdon's for breakfast and doughnuts to go (they have the best sausage biscut and gravy and amazing lemon doughnuts), bull n' claw for lobsters, the steakhouse for dinner, we walked marginal way and wandered through the shops in downtown ogunquit. we also loved being able to relax by the pool! we already are looking forward to returning next year. if you are looking to stay in the wells/ogunquit area, we highly recommend this home for your next get-away. thank you, julie and derek, for sharing your home and being so accomodating.

We enjoyed our stay! The community was friendly and well maintained. The cabin was right on the tennis courts which did get used after dusk a few times and was located at the very very back of the property. The hosts were responsive and great at communicating.

Perfect Summer Getaway!

Had a wonderful stay at Beach Dreams with my 3 daughters. The property was very charming, and more than equipped for all our needs. Everything was as described and shown in the listing, and even better in person! Julie and Derek were excellent hosts, not only reaching out to wish us a great stay, but were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We enjoyed some pool/hot tub time, and took advantage of the proximity to the Wells, Ogunquit and York areas while we were there. I highly recommend this particular property, we had a blast and will absolutely stay here again someday.

Great Cozy Cottage

Our stay at this cottage was perfect. Well appointed, plenty of room inside and out for our group of 4, easy to find and great communication with our host! The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars on location/neighborhood is that we were a bit surprised by its proximity to its neighbors. But it was very quiet and the proximity turned out to be nothing! Super great rental overall!

We have listened to reviews and now will have laundry services if you would like them. We also purchased a new full size stackable Maytag washer/dryer.

This is a perfect location close to beaches and has tons to do on the resort as well as all within close proximity to the resort.

What makes this property unique

This is great for families, couples and empty nesters. Our property has all the comforts of home. You will only need a razor, toothbrush and food and clothing to enjoy your stay. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets/balls, basketball, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, K-Cups and more. We have limited time in between rentals we have a earlier check in then most rentals so we ask our guests to wash, dry and fold the linens and towels you use and the housekeeper will make the beds and put the bath towels back where they belong.
