We loved our stay! The place is amazing, wonderful beach vibe! All the beds were super comfortable, so many extras, between beautiful spices, first aid kit, toilet paper shampoo, soap, Ziplock baggies and so much more, just fabulous! The pool and hot tub was such a nice treat after a day at the beach! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive with recommendations. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay ( 2 adults and 3 children). Derek and Julie were great hosts who were easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions and made this cottage feel like home for our trip. We loved all the decor in the cottage. It was close to many beaches and activities and the kids loved playing pickleball at the court (right behind the cottage) and swimming in the community pool. We would definitely rent again!

We had a great stay in Wells! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and a really nice place for us to spend time together as a family. It had everything we needed and was a great home base for exploring Wells and all of the surrounding towns. The pickleball courts are very close, but noise was never an issue. Our kids loved the communal pool on the days we didn’t hit the beach, and the games inside the clubhouse were a fun bonus. Our kids, 3 and 8, did great in the bunk beds, and all of the beds were very comfortable, which is always a big plus when you’re away from home. And while you’re there, definitely head to Hook’s for dinner!I always think the best question when reviewing a vacation rental is: would you stay here again? For us, the answer is absolutely yes. We had a great family vacation and would happily come back.

Great family friendly cottage

Our family with two young daughter's enjoyed our stay at Julie and Derek's cottage. The Beach Dreams complex was great, we enjoyed the pools and clubhouse as well as the beaches nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit restaurants as well. Our daughter's were very comfortable in their bunkbeds, and my wife and I were able to enjoy the sunroom during the day and at night. Definitely recommend staying here!
