The hosts did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. The condo was very clean, in a wonderful location, and was the perfect place for our mountain getaway. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the layout of the unit, spacious and homey. Great location, nice walking trail close by to downtown! Chris and Tanya were very communicative and positive. Would definitely stay here again!
Very spacious. Our stay was too short. We would have loved to have spent more time in the suite. I had room to work (prep for classes) and do yoga with ample space. It was a quiet, clean bldg. There was a quaint restaurant downstairs. Security at the main desk and parking included.

The suite was very nice but there was no heat for our two night stay in the middle of winter. We repeatedly asked for it to be fixed and the response was delayed and when maintenance did arrive, the issue only got worse for the remaining night.

The building and location are great. Easy walk down the street to several great spots. The suite was very clean and has the bare essentials for a family trip.
Unfortunately, several small things added up to a less-than-ideal trip.
The week before our arrival we were informed the hot tub would be closed for maintenance. I expressed my disappointment as we booked this location for its amenities and I wanted my family to enjoy a hot tub after a day of skiing. I was offered other properties but they were much lesser in quality so we stuck with the booking. We were then offered a free day-pass to the local rec centre. I accepted but then received an email on the day-of that said we could pay for the rec centre and then submit receipts for reimbursement....we didn't bother going as I had no interest in chasing down the money.
On check-in I was directed to register my vehicle online for parking. The website kept rejecting the provided code. Another exchange of emails (while sitting in the parking lot) and we were told the previous guest had over-booked parking with the code. It was eventually fixed but again, more hassle and stress.
The host was always available by email and there were MANY emails back and forth dealing with these issues. I've stayed at this resort with no issues in the past but the price was reasonable as it was shoulder season and a Sun/Mon night.
