From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Smokies—rolling hills, peaceful treetops, and crisp mountain air, setting the tone for a relaxing and restorative getaway. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee while rocking on the peaceful wraparound deck, sharing meals and laughter in the open-concept kitchen and dining area, or reliving your childhood with a few rounds of arcade games in the game room, Mountaintop Manor offers the kind of warmth, space, and entertainment that makes memories last.
Spread out over multiple appointed levels, the cabin features warm wood interiors, cozy cabin decor, and a layout designed to bring people together while still offering enough privacy for rest and recharge. The main living room boasts soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows that flood the space with natural light and treetop views, and a stone gas fireplace that serves as the heart of the cabin. Curl up on plush leather sofas with a cup of cocoa and a favorite movie on the large smart TV, or simply enjoy the quiet crackle of the fire while the mountain breeze drifts through the trees.
Every inch of this cabin was crafted with relaxation in mind, from the comfortable private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, to the outdoor hot tub, to the game room filled with activities for all ages. Whether you're here to explore the Smokies or simply to unwind and reconnect, Mountaintop Manor is your perfect home base for a truly unforgettable stay.

• Convenient location, less than 9 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park.
• Only 2.5 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 5 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country!
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.

Why they chose this property
Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery!
We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm related weather situations there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.
