Zero-Tolerance Party Policy
•Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that outside from 10pm to 8am that noise levels are brought to a minimum. We kindly ask that guests respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.
Security & Noise Monitoring
•Ring Doorbell Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance to verify occupancy and is used exclusively for emergency situations.
•Exterior Security Cameras: Additional cameras are installed on exterior of property for security monitoring when home is empty.
•Noise Monitoring System: This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. This system does not record conversations or sounds, maintaining guest privacy.
•There is several motion/ glass breakage detectors inside the home which cannot record or monitor guests. They are apart of security system that is only turned on when house is vacant.
Pet Policy
•Absolutely no dogs are allowed at this property. If a dog is found to have been on the premises at any point during your stay, a non-refundable $500 fee will be charged upon departure to cover additional cleaning and sanitation.
