Our unit had everything we needed. It faced the parking lot, so no view . . . but we were mostly just there to sleep. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities, so I can't speak about those. Check-in was seamless. We booked last minute, so we didn't get confirmed until we were nearly there to check in, but it all worked out fine!!

We will be renting this unit again for future ski trips to Wolf Creek. Check in was easy and when I needed something I just dropped by and they took care of it. The DVD player was a surprise and the DVDs available at the office were as well. I recommend adding that info to your booking because I would have brought additional DVDs to play. The lack of a Smart TV would have be offset by that information being shared.
