This property has a great location and an affordable price. It is conveniently located with views of the mountains and a golf course is nearby.
This is a 1000 sq. ft. 1-BEDROOM unit with a QUEEN BED UPSTAIRS & QUEEN MURPHY BED IN THE LIVING ROOM, so it sleeps 4. This unit has a flat screen TV and DVD in the living room to make it more cozy. DirectTV available. TV in bedroom also. A/C in upstairs bedroom. Wifi available, but Pagosa has outages.
Use of the Recreation Center is available if you purchase a punch card. Ask for details. This facility provides a weight & exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, racquetball and basketball courts. Ask for details.
