Carolina was very proactive in reaching out with friendly texts that made everything easy, and the house itself was clean, cute, and good for kids - the sun porch was an especially nice touch, and the clean, open space in the basement was great for kids to run around during wet weather.

Cleanliness is very important to me and this place is spotless. There is a no shoes in the house policy which I am very happy about. The house is very charming, with restored hardwood floors throughout. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, the AC and Wifi works great, beds are clean and comfortable, nice office space setup, there is nothing more i can ask for. Carolina and Matthew have thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. The location of this place is also excellent, being close to Cleveland Heights, Beachwood, Lyndhurst and Shaker Square that all have amazing restaurants.
