Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure door is always closed and locked upon entry and leaving. Please properly store keys back in lockbox upon checkout. Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Once you do checkout please let me know that you have left so the cleaner can enter to accommodate the next guest. Also double check that you have everything. Lock the door please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The complex requires a quick background check for all adults occupying the unit. Send a picture of a photo ID for verification purposes.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Areas to improve: ! VRBO owner hard to contact. The only option to contact was to text. Very impersonal. 1. Dirty-looking carpet. 2. Dried food particles over plastic bowls. Inside upper cabinets, dining table and greasy dining chairs. 3. Humming fridge and circuit breaker area (all night). 4. Only one apartment key given. Had to call for the spare key when we got locked out. Positive Note: about 20-min away from the airport.
