Clean, pleasant, not quite what was expected. Lacked some amenities, like coffee cups, coffee maker, extra towels.

I appreciate your feedback, Mary, although I must say that I'm disappointed that you did not bring any of these issues to my attention while you were here. I strive to make sure that all of my guests are 100% satisfied with their stays, which is why I said, "please let me know if you need anything at all" to you when you arrived. I was unpleasantly surprised to read that you were missing items from your unit as each unit here has a French press, grinder and mugs for coffee and I certainly have ample extra towels should you need them. As a host with twelve units on the same property, I rely on my guests to let me know if their units are missing something because occasionally guests move things from one unit to another and don't put them back.
