Please note that there is a main home on this property that may be rented during your stay. However, the two structures are thoughtfully positioned to ensure privacy and minimize visibility between the homes.

Please note that garden and pool maintenance are scheduled and authorized to be on the property twice a week so this is to be expected. And to ensure your gorgeous views remain tidy!

While everything—from shops to restaurants to the beach—is within walking distance, a golf cart rental is a fun and convenient way to get around, especially on warmer days. Feel free to ask us about rental assistance!

- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
