This brand new 3 bedroom condominium is in a luxury complex with 24/7 security within the quiet, exclusive neighbourhood of Tamarindo, called Langosta.

The Peninsula complex is full of exclusive amenities. It includes gym, game room, lap pool, resort pool with a children's area, plenty of lounging area, bbq gazebos, and a 360 lookout area where guests can see the surrounding mountains, ocean, and protected marsh area - so breathtaking.

The unit is on the 4th floor. Enter into the fresh, modern space with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for the gourmet chefs in the group. Hang out by the breakfast bar as you prepare a meal and enjoy it indoors or outdoors, wherever you prefer. Lounge in the oversized open living area or the spacious patio area and hangout with friends and family, play silly games, or wind down watching a movie at night.

At the end of the day, rejuvenate in your ensuite master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a comfortable king bed, and an ensuite bathroom providing maximal privacy for a bit of time away from the rest of the group. The second bedroom is well-sized with 1 queen bed and direct access to the large balcony space. Finally, the third bedrooms is also a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed for additional sleeping space. Did we mention each bedroom has its own television?

Although everything is in walkable distance (approximately 20min walk to the tourist hub of Tamarindo), a car, golf cart, or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease and convenience – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! This property is within the upscale area of Langosta beach, a neighbourhood of Tamarindo. It is in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub of Tamarindo (only a 4-minute drive to Tamarindo centre). A peaceful 20 minute walk on the beach (or you can choose to walk via the paved road) will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the infamous Tamarindo beach! If you want a more tranquil and secluded beach environment, you are only a few steps away from Langosta beach! Go during low tide to explore the various tide pools or when the tide is higher, go surf. It's also the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets at the end of the day. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet still be in a quiet, exclusive area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate.

Langosta Beach is steps away from your complex. However, if you wish to explore the rest of Langosta and get to the Tamarindo centre, we suggest you rent a golf cart, for convenience and ease. Please let us know if you would like further information on golf cart or other rentals.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 9pm.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
- Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
