• NO Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.

• NO Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.

• NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.

• No Loitering: Please respect the neighborhood by not loitering on the sidewalk.

• NO PETS ALLOWED: This is a No Pet property, with the exception of certified service animals subject to the detailed Service Animal Policy.

• Security Deposit: A $100 refundable security deposit is required.

• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.

• Cleaning Standards: The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Guests are responsible for damages, and excessive cleaning required after check-out will result in an extra cleaning fee.

The property is equipped with functioning Smoke detectors and a Carbon monoxide alarm.

Tampering with smoke detectors is strictly forbidden and results in a $1,000 fine and immediate termination of the stay.

Please keep the thermostat fan setting on AUTO at all times. Changing the fan from AUTO to ON can cause the A/C system to freeze, reduce cooling performance, and lead to maintenance issues. Guests may be responsible for service calls or repairs resulting from unauthorized thermostat setting changes.
