The dining room seats eight, with additional bar seating for four at the kitchen island, making it perfect for meals and gathering. A convenient half-bath is located just off the main living area for guests. The spacious living room includes a cozy fireplace and easy access to the wraparound deck, located between the kitchen and living room. Step outside to find a large BBQ grill, cushioned seating for four with a table, and a separate area with additional seating for four around a propane firepit—ideal for chilly evenings under the stars. On the opposite end of the top floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, gas fireplace, and a large en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A private balcony with seating for two offers the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the alpine air.
Before reaching the bottom floor, you’ll pass through the entryway, which offers convenient storage, a large bench with ample cubby space for gear, and full access to the heated two-car garage.
The bottom floor features a spacious den with a Smart TV, perfect for gathering and relaxing before stepping outside to the private hot tub. Just off the den is the laundry room, complete with a mini fridge for convenient access to drinks and snacks without heading upstairs. To the left, you’ll find the second primary suite with a king bed, gas fireplace, private patio with seating for two, and a fully ADA-accessible en-suite bathroom for ease and comfort. On the opposite side of the floor is a guest bedroom with a king bed and its own patio with seating for two. Nearby, the bunk room includes a twin-over-full XL bed, built-in cubbies, and a sink for added convenience.
