Hosting a max of 6 guests w/ 2 queen beds, a large L-shaped sectional, and a cot. Enjoy with 2 bathrooms, WiFi, self-entry, washer/dryer, amenities, & patio balcony.

One free parking spot in secured resident garage. Check-in at 3 pm & check out at 11 am; early check-in maybe accepted.

Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival after cleaning has left. The entry passcode is changed after each guest for security. The building has on-site security and an overnight guard for the residential parking garage.

Guests will have access to all property amenities including the rooftop pool with grilling area and clubhouse on the 35th floor. The 10th floor amenities include the office workspace with a conference room, peaceful patio terrace with exterior kitchen / grills, game room, and gym.

The on-site garage parking includes overnight security and valet. One free parking space within the gated resident garage is included. Any extra vehicles or guest vehicles can to park on site within the paid parking garage located on site for $8 dollars a day.

Check in instructions are sent the day of arrival due to a change in the door code after each guest checks out. Early check-in may be accommodated but no late check out for cleaning purposes.

We had a great stay. The only concern was the check in process, particularly the parking. It took us a couple of tries to figure out that our parking was behind the large metal garage door and not through the parking lot arm!The apartment was lovely, and well equipped. The views from the top floor are not to be missed!

Had to bring my brother to MD Anderson for Cancer Treatments. This apartment was PERFECT!!! Gave him the privacy he needed and was only a few blocks from the Hospital!! We will be using this place again when we have to return! Comfortable, Clean, Secure, and Convenient!!!

The place was amazing and will definitely try and rebook for our next trip to Houston. Pool was great. Only complaint but not really a complaint was the amount of pillows. It was so many pillows. Other than that. Host was responsive, gave great check in and out instructions. Like I said, my group will definitely try to stay there again.

Honest review, please read: We were wrongly accused of stealing towels. Kind words and explanations were thoroughly given of the towels we used and the property manager still threatened us with taking two towels. If we wanted more towels at our home, we would buy new ones! The description was accurate, comments from other reviews were accurate as it was really warm in one room but the other bedroom was cold. So many pillows that you couldn't move around in the bedrooms and the carpets were dirty. The rest was fine and the water pressure in the shower was great. CAUTION: Take count of the towels as to not be accused of stealing.

The Price, Location and Parking were excellent! All communication with the owner was very quick and helpful. But the whole property could really use a deep clean and new towels. And although the property can accommodate 6 people there is only 1 key so it was difficult to split up because you must have the key to use the elevator to access the parking levels or the room level and to open or lock the apartment. Value for the price in that part of town and compared to other options nearby was good. 5 for price and location. 5 for parking. 5 for host communication. 5 for safety and general property. 3 for cleanliness.

The location was perfect for our visit. I loved the rooftop pool and the view while swimming or enjoying the warm evening. The amazing workout room had everything I needed for a proper workout. Would consider stay again if in the area. A few areas were lacking:- There were only two forks in the kitchen which required us to constantly be washing forks while cooking or eating. A few more would have been helpful. I contacted our host about obtaining a few more metal forks but did not receive an answer.- The dishes provided were all non microwaveable plastic. It would have been helpful to have had some microwave safe plates or storage containers to use in the microwave when heating left overs.- So many throw pillows! I understand the decorative appeal of pillows but they were everywhere-on the bed, on the couch. In the bedroom I ended up putting them on the closet floor because removing them at night and putting them back on the bed each morning was not something I wanted to deal with on vacation. On the couch, I was constantly moving throw pillows to sit but there was really no place to put them. If they were placed on the floor then they were in our way when trying to get to the couch. If we moved them to another spot on the couch, then they had to be moved when someone else sat down. I eventually just sat at the bar to avoid dealing with the pillow excess. Thank you

There were pros and cons:PROS:* Pool and rooftop area were amazing. Use the facilities if you stay. Get out of the apartment and use open areas, recreational rooms, and Rooftop!*Location: you are in the heart of Houston and close to University Park/Rice (which is one of the best areas IMO).*Price: was fair for what we got.*we were allowed to check in 15m early but had to wait for the garage key for a while, so it all balanced out.CONS:*Garage Access: we could never get the garage parking remote to work. We had to call the owner to come out and try to fix but it never worked. This required us to use the intercom every time we entered garage. Hopefully they fixed this but it was a real issue for us. *Climate Control: we had a real issue with one room being very cold and one being very hot. We ended up getting fans to work in one room but make sure you have a "warm sleeper" in the back room or they will freeze.OK: *had cooking supplies, blankets, pillows, etc.*cleanliness was ok.
