Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the showers/tubs or laundry basket located in the garage. Beds can be left unmade.
Make sure all doors and windows are locked. Hold down the top button on the keypad to lock the front door and manually lock all other doors.
Please load and start the dishwasher, or wash and leave dishes to dry. Please bring all outdoor patio cushions into the garage before leaving.
Please sign the guest book located on the console table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Born and raised in Stuart, we are now raising our family here. We enjoy going to the beach, boating, and staying active with our three children. We look forward to hosting you at Sago Shores to share the charming, small town joy that Stuart and Jensen have to offer!

This dead-end street is safe, quiet and within walking distance of Jensen Beach’s best parks and entertainment. You get the best of both worlds with a peaceful, safe home, within minutes of fun.
What makes this property unique
Sago Shores has just been remodeled with all new flooring, paint and furniture. With two large living spaces, 3 large bedrooms (all with walk in closets), a garage, and a large fenced in backyard with a comfy, secluded back patio and a fire pit, your family will have plenty of space to enjoy both the beautiful outdoors or can cool off in the A/C with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
In addition, there is plenty of entertainment ready for your family with two smart TVs, board games, puzzles, toys for the kids, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and outside toys.
We also have seating options for little ones including a booster type Bumbo seat, a counter top clip on high chair and another high chair that can clip onto the dining room seats. We also have a pack in play in the bunk room.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with high quality pans, pots, small appliances, utensils, and cookware for the most skilled cook. We pride ourselves in having Sago Shores feel like a home away from home.
