Located on a hill with sweeping panoramic views overlooking Tamarindo Bay, yet just steps from the ocean, Casa Papaya is a three story custom home with 5 bedrooms equipped with 3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds with fans & a/c, 3.5 baths, entry lobby with coffered wood ceilings, large kitchen with island & bar, local hand carved hardwood doors and headboards, wood windows, 2 large decks with teak furniture, secure 2 car parking . Casa Papaya boasts a very large private pool area with a pool rancho . Casa Papaya offers complete comfort for up to 5 couples plus 1 . With 3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds and 1 single bed choosing a room will be no problem . Casa Papaya recently upgraded with new air conditioning through out makes every single room very confortable even during the hottest months of the year .

Casa Papaya provides maid service and laundry service. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, gift shops, bars and nightclubs are all minutes away by foot. Casa Papaya is the perfect vacation getaway. Of interest to surfers special surf trips & boat trips may be arranged. For golfers two signature, world class 18 hole golf course’s are a 15 minute drive away.

Perfect place for 2 families. Especially appreciated the yoga mats and boogie boards. Th golf cart rental was a necessity and even better if the house had one! Communication was always great and there was not a thing we needed that wasn’t available. Thank you!

My family and I spent 9 days at Casa Papaya and couldn't have been any happier. The location was perfect and we were able to rent a golf cart to get around town. We really enjoyed our time in Tamarindo and would definetely rent this home again. The management team was very helpful in helping us with airport transportation and was very quick to respond.

Excellent stay! Manager Brian was extremely responsive and helpful. Staff were magical, cleaning without being intrusive. View and space of master suite was beautiful. We rented golf carts, but the location is central enough you could get by without them. Birds, monkeys, iguanas all in a private paradise. Would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying here, it was close to everything we needed to be close to and very close to the main strip of town. We loved the pool and felt we had everything we needed at the house to ensure a great vacation! Highly recommend to a big (8-10) group of people!

Excellent Stay with Great Pool Area

Very nice home that was as advertised. Great communication with property manager and friendly staff. Helpful guidance on tours and restaurants in advance. We spent lots of time in the well landscaped back yard and pool. The home is well located for town, the beach and a grocery store. We rented a golf cart and would recommend that to anyone that does not want to walk on uneven, unpaved roads at night.

Casa Papaya is Amazing

Incredible house with multiple balconies, big rooms, comfortable beds, and an unreal pool with a waterfall! The house is huge, extremely well cared for and the service was amazing. Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The surfing there is awesome! We couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to stay at Casa Papaya!

This is an amazing place to stay for a large group staying in Tamarindo. This was the second time we’ve stayed here. We love having a private place but close to town. This property offers everything you need from comfortable bedrooms, cooking needs and private pool.

Great stay. The house was great and the pool area was amazing. It’s walking distance to town, but renting carts make it much easier. The staff and are house are top notch.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Papaya!! The entire staff was absolutely amazing! They cooked us breakfast that was some of the best Costa Rican food we have ever tasted. The home was kept so clean and all the appliances and AC units worked properly. The home had a lot of your basic necessities and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The town is adorable and the beach is majestic. We used a golf car to get around and it was the perfect way to explore. The pool and pool house was an amazing addition and gave us an opportunity to grill poolside. I cannot recommend this place enough. We want to return again next year.

A slice of paradise!

We loved everything about our stay. Our favorite things were the jacuzzi on the balcony, pool oasis outside, and the location! We could walk everywhere in a few minutes. We really loved having morning coffee while watching the neighborhood Monkeys and squirrels

Such an amazing property. It's really hard to do it justice with pictures, but our group agreed it was hands down the best place we'd ever stayed. The location was also perfect for heading out and checking out all tamarindo had to offer.
