Be amongst the first to stay at our newest home, brought to you by our family-run team. We worked together to bring a clean, modern, and cozy space. Enjoy a sparkling deep end pool w/ no added fees! Photos showcase a glimpse into what the home looks like as we continue to bring in new items. Business, vacation, staycation, families, layover, fit for every occasion! Currently we are offering special pricing to our first handful of guests—we can’t wait to host you!!

We fully renovated this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home into a modern, comfortable retreat in the heart of Phoenix. Comfortably sleeping a group of 8, or anywhere in between!. Perfect place for those looking for the convenience of each bedroom being equipped with its own Smart TV, filtered drinking water available, being close to many popular spots, quick drive to airport, have the option to take a swim, etc!. Plus there’s a large TV in the living room. The home is equipped with awesome features like black granite waterfall countertops, fast Wi-Fi, electric (stand or sit) work desk, a spacious fridge, recliner couches, fully equipped kitchen, FREE COFFEE and much more!

Connected to the kitchen is a covered patio with a fireplace and a view of the landscaped backyard featuring artificial grass. From the patio there is a paved pathway that leads you to the blue deep-end pool with a dining table and seating of to the right of walkway.. Take a dive, sun bath, relax!

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, king bed

Bedroom 2: Twin bed with additional twin pull out.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed room, full bed on bottom, twin bed on top.

Living room: Relaxed L shaped couch with a recliner on each end.

Bathroom 1: Located in master bedroom, Full bathroom.

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway, Full bathroom.

Backyard: Pool with deep end, 6 person patio dining table, 4 person seating around the fire pit, Cornhole game, mini basketball hoop with ball for pool, pair of automatic light up pool flamingos, large self standing umbrella.

Throughout your stay you’ll also have access to a washer/dryer, ironing essentials, and pool towels. If you have any questions, we’re only a quick message away!

Not good.

The pool was disgusting. I was told my family could use the pool within a few hours but the water never cleared up and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The traffic noise is very loud. This house does not have an oven. And I had to message the host several times the morning of check in to get the details because I never received an automated message. Would not recommend this property.

The home itself was very clean and you could tell it was recently renovated. The backyard was well kept and the house was very clean. However, there were a few issues with it being so new - the shower drain in the guest bathroom did not function properly, so everyone had to shower in the master bathroom. The pool was treated the morning of check in, and we were advised not to use the pool until 8:00pm which was not ideal. As we were loading dishes into the dishwasher before checkout - we noticed it was not hooked up properly and came completely loose when the door was opened. The fridge also was not hooked up to the water line so there was no water or ice available. It was listed to accommodate 8 guests but there were not enough towels to accommodate everyone. Also, the gate leading from the backyard to the alleyway did not have a lock on it and could be easily opened to anyone. Some of these issues would have been fine if we were notified before hand but we were not.

The driveway fits 2 cars, with free additional street parking in front. Since the home is right off a main road, we recommend backing out with a bit of care.
