The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn A/C up to 78°
Take all trash to outside trash cans and cover with lid.
Put all dishes in dishwasher and start.
Strip all beds that were used and put all dirty laundry in laundry room. Do not start wash.
Pull all kayaks and paddle boats up on the dock and flip over upside down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
