Lake Harmony Stay

Great place to stay, entire family enjoyed themselves immensely. Game room was a big hit, wish there was a little more room gor cornhole play, but worked out great. Would definitely recommend to stay at Lake Harmony to anyone.

Our family vacation was great very convenient to all the ski areas and restaurants

Property was wonderful. Use the fire pit in the back did some nature walks and it was wonderful. It even snowed on one day that we were there making it even better.

Great Layout for a Family Vacation

Our family loved our stay at this property. We had 3 generations and there was room for everyone to play a game of pool, just relax or unwind in the hot tub. We loved the layout of the home, the furnishings were new and comfortable. We loved the Lake Harmony area and staying at this property helped make it a memorable vacation for us all.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was clean and had all our kitchen needs. With so many bedrooms, we had plenty of space. Easy to find, and good restaurants nearby, like Terra Cottage and the Boulder View Tavern (Live music on Saturdays nights).

Good location in Lake Harmony

Have stayed at several locations in Lake Harmony Estates. This property has all of the amenities and was more than spacious for a group of seven. Hot tub, outdoor fire pit and pool table are all added perks. Short walk to the lake, but the walk back is a bit steep if you have little ones or are older.

Great family house...

Perfect for the 2 families of 5 we had with 6 total kids (ages 5-10). Plenty of room and very clean. Seperate "game room" area where kids could watch tv was nice. Location right in between big Boulder and Jack Frost was ideal. Bedrooms plenty big and bunk beds were great for the kids. Fireplace a plus and "mud" room was great for ski attire. No complaints. Would stay again.

Amazing home and owners. Very responsive to any questions .

Owners are fantastic..they are responsive and helpful with things to do and places to eat in the area. We stayed second week in October and it was amazing. Fed many deer and their fawns right out back off the deck. Ten of us all adults had so much space. The fall foliage was just beautiful!!! We drove all over the Poconos; Lake Harmony was by far the most colorful, Walking and hiking the area was a joy. We had such a fantastic time we are renting next fall. Thanks Tim and Kathy for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Relaxing and Scenic Getaway

Do not hesitate to book this house. It was extremely clean upon arrival and has all of the necessities to enjoy your stay. From a fully equipped kitchen, to starter kits of toilet paper, cleaning products and paper towels. The hot tub was spotless and offered a beautiful view of Big Boulder. There was plenty of space to gather as a family or find a quiet corner to read and enjoy the view. We had a fun night of darts and pool in the game room after our traditional spaghetti dinner. All came after a great day skiing at Jack Frost, only a 10 minute drive. The house is very efficient, warm and cozy even in negative degree weather. We felt very lucky to enjoy this home and can see that the owners have a lot of pride in their home. We have been booking houses in Lake Harmony for 25+ years and everyone agreed this was our favorite. Looking forward to returning.

Nice property , pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay, overall . The property is very pretty , comfortable and generally well maintained . We had daily visits from a local mom and baby deer , which was fantastic . We particularly enjoyed the deck space with plenty of chairs for our large group as well as the outdoor fire pit . The host gave us an extra hour from the posted checkout time , which was appreciated . One of the pullout beds wasn’t usable , which the owner did know about in advance of our visit, but didn’t notify us of, prior to our trip . While certainly it’s understandable that things happen and sometimes repairs are in process, we would have appreciated advance notice that one of the beds we had been counting on for our large group wouldn’t be usable , so that we could have brought alternative bed options with us .

Kathy's place was awesome for my large group of friends. It had all the basics which was super helpful, and plenty of storage. The individual heated rooms was really great - everyone could adjust to their preference. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Having a separate game room where the door could be closed was amazing. And the extra drink fridge was perfect! No need to use the main fridge for any beverages. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

This vacation home comfortably hosted 13 men for a large friend gathering. When we arrived the home was clean and bright, and felt even bigger in person than from the photos. The deck, fire pit, living room, and game room made for great gathering spaces, and despite our great number we could all eat together in the dining room. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. Between the kitchen and grill we had everything we needed to cook all 8 meals from our stay at home. Kathy was a communicative and helpful host. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The house was well furnished and had lots of space for our family to spread out. Playing pool, darts, corn hole, and connect 4 kept everyone entertained. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. The area was also very pretty and there was plenty to do with the lake and local bars and restaurants. I would definitely like to stay here again and would try to book this same house.

Wonderful stay

This was a great property with plenty of room for us our children and grandchildren. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in the Poconos area. Close to all the ski resorts. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Originally born and raised is the area, we spend all over our winters enjoying both Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski areas. In the summer we enjoy everything outdoors, to include the great fishing in the area, multiple lakes, hiking, kayaking, Pocono Raceway and whitewater rafting.

What we love about this home is unique landscape in which it is nestled into the woods. Large boulders frame the home. Your time outdoors is in privacy on the rear deck overlooking a winter view of Big Boulder Ski area, or quietly enjoying the summer foliage and outdoor fire pit and hot tub.

Our property is cozy but offers enough space for 2 families with 2 living areas, large outdoor deck and a separate deck under roof for our new hot tub. WE also LOVE the natural boulders that surround our home.
