We had a group of 13 for the weekend and the space was perfect! Due to the wind and rain we were not able to use the fire pit. We used the hot tub and game room and were all able to gather around the large dining table to play some fun family games.

Great winter stay in the Poconos. We traveled with 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids). Had plenty of space for hanging out (two living rooms) and sleeping. Lots of comfy seating. Most importantly Tim and Kathy were excellent hosts. They were communicative leading into our trip and they were very responsive (very quick) for the couple times we needed something during our week.Definitely recommend for a couple families!
