You'll have easy access to lake side water fun, nearby state parks and exhilarating ski, snowboard and tubing slopes.

Boasting seven tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum relaxation, you'll find ample space for your entire party. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure fireplaces are off when you are not in the property or when you check out.
Main heat and air should be set to 50 degrees.
Mini split heat and ac in dining room and pool room are set to off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not move furniture. If furniture is moved, renter will lose security deposit.

This was a great house. It was comfortable, warm, well stocked. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. (Our fault) there was a little hiccup upon entering, but our hosts were right there to guide us through. We liked that there were two areas to hang out - it worked well for the grandkids. It worked out so well that we are hoping to revisit this house next year!

Eight retired golfers. House really fit our needs for eight floor level beds which were already made up (thank you!). Hot tub was nice perk. Lots of parking space and outdoor deck and grill. Only comment would be that deck could use a bleaching or power wash, but a minor issue. All told, excellent property!

We view this as our own home away from home. Originally born and raised in the area. This home provides our family a mountain getaway much the way we were raised. Most of my family remains in the area. Our hope is you enjoy our home as much as we do when we visit.

Why they chose this property

We love the location and the history behind this specific property. An original to the mountain. Originally built in 1968, but never updated and unoccupied. We saw a unique opportunity to bring back to life a mountain original. Much like refurbishing a classic car, this home has all its original charm, with today's modern conveniences and furnishings. Full tile bathrooms, upscale vanities, new kitchen with granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, with everything you need for large family gatherings. HDTV, with Blue Ray players with tons of movies and Streaming via Smart TV, and Blue Ray Player.

What makes this property unique

2 king sized bedrooms, Multi level living on 3 floors, Smart HDTV in both living areas with Direct TV service. Outdoor fire pit, corn hole game, and Large deck/patio. Weber Gas Grill on deck.
