We had a wonderful family vacation with 10 and plenty of room to spare. Location was perfect for our day trips and the private beach in the community was nice to have. Kids enjoyed the outside and inside games. A couple of nights with beautiful sunsets at Nicks by the lake was awesome too. Made some great memories here. Would definitely recommend for families.

This was a great house. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. Loved the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and pool table. The kitchen, dining and living room was a great gathering place to play games while also preparing a meal. There were a few nice restaurants near by. It was a 1/2 hour drive to get to downtown Stroudsberg, but there were lots of nice stores and restaurants there. Outlet shopping was nearby as well.

This was a great house. It was comfortable, warm, well stocked. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. (Our fault) there was a little hiccup upon entering, but our hosts were right there to guide us through. We liked that there were two areas to hang out - it worked well for the grandkids. It worked out so well that we are hoping to revisit this house next year!
