Kitchen, Lounge, dining area - completely separate from the boarders (a couple) at the ground floor.

The house is at the end of a driveway, approximately 200 meters from the main road. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from hustle and bustle. The closest and most convenient suburb to Auckland Airport. Very convenient to travel to Auckland CBD as well - by train. The nearest station is 7 minutes walk.

Can offer a car to use for an additional cost.

Quite spacious room - fully furnished with a queen bed, dressing, and walking wardrobe. Separate bathroom, toilet, and a kitchenette with fridge and a single gas stove. Unlimited Fibre optics wifi access (fair use policy will apply).

Rent includes water and unlimited high-speed internet. Electricity charges extra to be shared.

Great outdoor living within the premises.
No pets or smokers.
