The cottage was clean, cozy, cute and well equipped. I’ve never stayed at a cleaner place. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone hoping to get away for some peace and quiet!

If you need to stay in Circleville or any of the surrounding towns, this is a great spot. Very clean and comfortable for one or 2 people. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Stay

The cottage was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to spend a week exploring southern Utah. The house had everything we needed and more. The owner was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying at the cottage and would love to visit again soon.

A hidden gem

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property is excellent. They have done a beautiful job with this place. It is a very small and quiet town so I have been able to relax, work some and read books. The house is well stocked with everything I needed. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Very cute and clean house. Great location and walking distance to store. Had everything you might need. Only suggestion might be to have a TV in bedroom if someone is going to use sofa sleeper. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent cottage!

This place was an awesome home base for our week exploring southern Utah. It was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for a week (the kitchen might have been better stocked than our own). It was easy driving to all the state/national parks/skiing on our list as well. The property itself was exactly as pictured and was plenty spacious for the two of us for a week. We would 100% recommend and would stay here again if we make it back to Utah!

Beautiful and peaceful

The cottage is beautifully appointed, and the small town made for an incredible quiet and peaceful place to rest between hiking the area canyons. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only complaints, which aren't so significant that it would warrant a bad review, were the fridge noises when I guess it would cycle really loudly every 10 minutes or so, the bed frame that was super squeaky with even the smallest of movement on the bed, and the fact that there isn't much in the way of grocery or food available after around 6pm. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect

The location was ideal for a hopping off place, but also so quiet and cozy for coming back to relax after exploring! Everything was spotless and comfortable. I recommend planning your meals ahead/bringing groceries in, however Stan’s is pretty well stocked in staples. The house has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Well thought out and so beautifully done. Thank you!

everything you could ask for

This is truly a premier property. The location, cleanliness, layout, decor, and quiet surrroundings make this one of my favorites. The grocery store (Stan's Merc) is walking distance and is so well organized that it has everything in stock in a small building. The property owner was great and gave me tips on where to eat and traffic areas to avoid. My entire family came home very happy. Thank you.

Can we live here permanently?

Literally the cutest, cleanest, most well-stocked/furnished lodging I have been to. They had EVERYTHING we needed (laundry detergent, high-speed internet, desk to work, pans, utensils, cookware, coffee, filters, paper towels, regular towels, cleaning supplies, etc.) and it is so conveniently located to numerous national parks. But honestly, the views are just as incredible from the back door. We wanted for nothing except to stay there for another week...or the rest of our lives. We loved every minute and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Cottage

The main porpuse of looking for a vacation home was to visit Eaglepoint ski resort. When checking online, the listing said the cottage was 11.2 miles. This info is incorrect. It was actually 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, our experince in the cottage was amazing and I will love to stay there again. Is a very clean home with all the essentials plus more that is needed. Towels, enough pillows, and dishes. Extremely satify with our stay despite the long drive we had to make to go to the ski resort.
