Please keep unit free from garbage and food to avoid roaches, flies and rodents. Keep place sanitized at all times.
Please do not š in the studio or inside the home. Please do not share wifi password or security door codes with anyone, period.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Single occupant ONLY. No overnight guests allowed. Double fine will be posed of $250 per night. A high cost for Pets impose of $300 per stay daily.
Special acceptance for Military Guest for double occupancy, two person, no extra charge. Please contact management owner. Valid Military ID required.
Washer and dryer in house, ONLY available for guest with a 7+ days stay at no cost. Military Guest are allowed at no cost.
