Golf trip with 16 guys. This house was perfect size for our group. The pool was very refreshing after a couple of very hot days on the golf course. Tony was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Highly recommend this property.

We came to Memphis for our Fall Break and the house was perfect for a range of teens and family! Everyone had a bed and the kids loved the property! Everyone had something to do- :-)

The house was listed as a 10 bedroom house, but it was not 10 bedrooms. It was truly only 6 bedrooms, and one of those had no windows. Two of the “bedrooms” were in public areas of the house. (No doors, or right by a major entry to the house. It was generally clean. There was plenty of parking. The living area and the dining areas were large- perfect for the family reunion.

Absolutely! Here’s a warm, balanced review that mentions the small issues without making them sound like major complaints:We really enjoyed our stay! The property was nice, spacious, and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts—we loved it! We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 63rd birthday, and she flew in from Houston, TX for the occasion. She had an absolute ball, which made the stay even more special for us. 🥳Some of the appliances are a little older, but honestly, that didn’t bother us or take away from our experience at all. One helpful tip for future guests: there are plenty of large bath towels available, but we didn’t find any smaller washcloths/face towels, so I would recommend bringing your own.Overall, we had a great stay, enjoyed all the extra space, and made some wonderful memories celebrating my mom’s birthday!
