Great location near Texas State University, where our daughter attends. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, consisting of two adults and two teenagers. We were not comfortable with a camera in the living room, but the owners were ok with us unplugging it during our stay.

House is as described and suitable. However, having stayed in several other houses in the area, it was not my favorite. AC is off upon arrival - it took about 8 hours to cool down, so no one slept well the first night. Beds have no top sheet, which is a personal preference, but we all found it odd. No TV downstairs and the one upstairs didn’t work wellLimited pillowsCheap toilet paper and zero soap or toiletries Dining table chairs need to be repairedCommunication was good, arrival and Departure were easy. Master mattress was comfyLocation easy to find, parking easy.
