Size of the house was perfect for what we needed. 10 adults were able to fit nicely with all of the rooms and beds available. The location was pretty nice and fairly near everything though not exactly walkable. The bones of the house were gorgeous if you like historical homes. Within a 20 minute drive to Jungle Jim’s and a 15 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. House looks as if it was recently flipped and isn’t complete yet. There were wires hanging out of light fixtures; no caps on the top step of new vinyl flooring which folks tripped on multiple times; the shower in the main bedroom suite had 3 holes just filled with clear caulk; in one room, there was an electrical box outside of the wall without a hole anywhere nearby for it to be in and the wires weren’t even in the wall…they were hanging fromthe ceiling and wrapped in duct tape. If you plan to stay, make sure you get confirmation that the place is actually stay ready. There were a lot of things tha made me question if the house is even up to code enough to be an Vrbo. I wish I had taken more photos, but my friends told me to stop worrying about it. Almost a plus: the water pressure is INSANE and every one of us felt like tiny needles all over which is great for a head massage but make sure you cover your chest, haha!
