On the upper floor: master bedroom with gorgeous sea view (with large in-built wardrobe), great bathroom with large shower cabin (tropical rain), lounge and library opened onto the sea and open air sheltered terrace offering comfortable shadow.

The ground floor: two bedrooms, living/dining room with large windows (270 view), hi-fi stereo, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, hobs, toaster, espresso coffee maker, washing machine, etc), great bathroom with shower.

Outdoor area: private room for 3 cars, shaded garden with trees and large outside sitting area protected from the sun.

"Surrounded by almond trees, you feel like you are in some kind of mediterranean forest. And you can see the black sea from the lounge and large balcony. The huge windows really makes you feel like you are living in nature."
