Cozy place near Niagara Falls
3 bedrooms, 2 full bath Ranch house. The basement has a Queen and Twin bed (Basement beds can be used with 7 to 9 people booking) 2nd full bathroom is in the basement. The house features modern amenities like Netflix, Wi-Fi, Central AC/ heating, a complete kitchen, and 3-car parking on the driveway. We are in a great, quiet, and very safe location close to everything in Niagara Falls. Enjoy 3 bedrooms each with queen beds. Please make sure the right amount of people come as we confirm the count with our outside cameras and extra person fee will be charged. House is 10-minute drive to get the Niagara Falls State Park, Restaurants, Fashion Outlet Mall, Grocery stores, supermarkets, and Interstate 190.
Strictly No parties, loud music, or large gatherings inside and outside the house as it is a quiet neighborhood and we don't want any complaints. There is a sump pump in the basement.
