Chic Contemporary with 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. First level Master bedroom with private bathroom & with king bed and flat screen TV . Upstairs 2nd master with queen bed. remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. May be able to accommodate special requests for bed arrangement. Large living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and stereo system. Additional upstairs sitting area with flat screen TV . Private property backing up to reserve with a 3000 square foot deck with new saltwater 20 by 40 foot heated pool that feels like silk. Additional 1200 sq ft upper deck with teak sectional sitting and dinning area. Perfect set up for entertaining and lounging. Outdoor shower. Also, large front stone patio. The tennis courts are one minute away, by foot. Great location, close to all.
