Great location between Montauk and East Hampton, easy to go between both. Great access to the beach.

Great spot for a trip with friends!

The location was so great! My friends and I had a great time being so close to the beach and central to all the different areas for restaurants/shopping/etc. Overall great stay and was very responsive when we had questions too!

When we got to the house, unfortunately, it was not clean. The previous guests checked out late, and the cleaners hadn't arrived yet, so we waited 3 hours to get in. The house had a big pit in the middle, and we came in expecting a patio and an outdoor shower, so there was significantly less room than we anticipated. Because of the pit in the middle of the house, many bugs entered the house through the sliding doors. When the pit is fixed, the house will be a much better place to stay than it was for our trip. The host was helpful and helped resolve the issue at the end of our stay.
