Built in 2007 with 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, this expansive 6 bedroom 3 bath home offers plenty of room for all! Sunny open living areas with chef's kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, bar with ice maker and two bedrooms on the first floor. The en-suite master bedroom and three other well appointed guest rooms and bath complete the second floor. Great outdoor covered porch's both in front and back for relaxing/entertaining and a fabulous outdoor shower! Located on a quiet street with easy access to ocean beaches and harbor area along with golf, pool, and tennis at the Montauk Downs.

Perfect Montauk Retreat

This home was a perfect stay for an extended family. There is plenty of room to gather as a group yet ample bedroom space for privacy when wanted. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to the marinas near Lake Montauk. Downtown Montauk was a short 10 minute drive in the other direction. The property owner was very responsive and check-in and check-out was seamless. I hope to stay again!

This home perfectly accommodated several adults — the photos accurately depict the home and property. We especially loved the large deck and yard for games. Bill was extremely accessible during check-in process and throughout our stay. We hope to come back next summer!

This was a second stay at this house and it was as wonderful as the first. We especially loved sitting on the back porch with our children, sons-in-law and our grandchildren. Felt like a scene from Blue Bloods.

Awesome, spacious house with a great backyard that is centrally located in Montauk and within 5 minutes of all of the main attractions - Beach / dining / bars / etc. This was our second time staying in Bill’s home, we look forward to our next visit! All the best.

GIRLFRIENDS GETAWAY - BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

What a beautiful home, perfect for our get together. We had plenty of room and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed the porches and yard also. Bill was very accomodating and helpful with local info. Great location close to restaurants/hikes/etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! My family and I enjoyed our time in Montauk. The house was perfect: plenty of bedrooms, comfortable family room, spacious porches, and a well equipped kitchen. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy our family time together.

Great friend's weekend!

We stayed at the house in June for a girl's weekend. It was absolutely perfect! The house is huge and has plenty of shared space for a group trip. Everything was very clean and in working order. Bill was wonderful and very easy to get in contact with. The house is in a perfect location - just a quick drive to the beach and restaurants. Even before we left, we decided we would be coming back for a future stay!

Amazing house and location

As a 6-bedroom house, this place was great. Layout was perfect for entertaining, inside and out. From plenty of seating in the dining room, kitchen counter and high table, to enough couch space and large outdoor table with ample seating, room for everyone was abound. We took advantage of the bikes in the garage and rode to Gosman’s dock. Enjoyed the yard. Kitchen was wonderful for the gourmet meals that we prepared. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Bill!

Wedding weekend getaway

My husband and I along with 4 other couples rented Bills property for a mutual friends wedding weekend. All 10 of us adults slept comfortably. The house was clean and well cared for. We loved sitting out on the back deck. House was also less than a 10 minute drive to downtown montauk and about a 5 minute drive to the lighthouse which we all enjoyed. Bill was also easy to get in touch with and prompt with responses. Would gladly rent again for a weekend getaway.
