Lovely and secluded family home, close walking distance to town and beaches.

This is our family summer home. Its set up for a family with 1-2 children. We are not looking for the highest price, but only the best guest that we can trust with our wonderful home.

Amazing walkable location in Amagansett

We walked or biked nearly everywhere - the location was unbeatable. And when we weren’t out exploring, we lounged by the fabulous, private pool. Amazing low-key vacation in the Hamptons after the summer rush had subsided!

Home in the Hamptons

Excellent location, walking distance to downtown and farmers market. Beautiful modern home and property with beautiful pool. Child proofed for young children with a ton of toys, crib, change table etc. A perfect home away from home!

Awesome Stay

Stayed here for 4 nights over Labor Day 2021 weekend. The property was exactly as advertised / shown in the pictures (even better in person). Grounds and pool are simply lovely - you don’t see any other houses and the compound is very quiet and peaceful. Heated pool is terrific and the large wrap around deck was great. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay. Owners were highly responsive in making sure we checked in and out ok. Have rented out East for years and rate this property very highly - would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the stay!

Excellent spot for a weekend escape!

We rented this lovely house for a long weekend of relaxation and outtings with a group of cloae friends. From the time of booking, our friendly hoats (Gemma and Scott), were communicative, welcoming, and helpful. The home is a nice size (comfortable for 5 adults), clean, up to date, new appliances, and had all of the amenities one would need including a private heated pool! The home sits on a quiet road and beyond its private front gate on a sizeable piece of land with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy activities, BBQ, and relaxing hours by the pool. The Amagansett restaurants and shops are a shirt walk, as is the jitney stop for those arriving by bus. Montauk is an easy 20 min car or Uber ride, and Sag Harbor and East hampton are not far either. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this property again in the future. Many kind thanks to our hosts for a great weekend!

Wonderful Family Trip

My family and I (1 year old daughter, wife, and mother) had a wonderful stay at this property. First impression was the stunning grounds inside and outside. We loved the gated pool and childproofing inside. The home was clean and spacious enough for us with plenty of toys to keep our daughter entertained. The location is 10/10. Very quick easy <10 min to walk into the Amagansett town, 15-20 min straight walk to the beach and a short car ride to East Hampton. One thing I will note, there is no TV in the main living room and no cable on the 2 TVs that are there. I would suggest bring a laptop or tablet. We can’t wait to return!

The house was even more beautiful in person. From the backyard to the kitchen everything was designed beautifully. The backyard was so peaceful and comfortable and was my favorite part of the house. I loved having the doors open and listening to the birds outside every morning. The bed was so comfortable and felt like I was staying in a five star hotel. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we could ever need. We came with our 13 month old and the house was perfect as it was baby proofed and they even set up a crib for him. This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at plenty and am quite the critic. I can’t wait to come back.

Perfect stay

Amazing property, very convenient location, so close to everything! The house is spotless, furnished in a beautiful taste. Very specious, Lots of light. We loved everything about the house, location and wonderful responsive hosts. We came there with a three month old baby and the hosts made the room for the baby extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. We will definitely try to come back!

This is our family home. Its out paradise. However we are only here in summer and want to share it with our guests and treat it the same.

Why they chose this property

The property has everything you need. Is secluded but yet close to everything. You can walk to town in a few minutes. Plus we are less than a mile from the beach - important due to parking restrictions. That being said you can pay to park at Atlantic one beach south ( 5min drive).

What makes this property unique

We arent looking for the best price but the best guests!
