Wraparound Lanai - Direct Oceanfront View, sleeps 6, new A/C, free WIFI

Our fully central air conditioned condo unit 711 is beautifully appointed with island decor throughout. The master suite boasts a tropical trip-tic by a local artist. In addition, the dining and living areas also include original art. From the moment you step in the door you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean: Lana'i island to the left and Molokai island to the right. As you proceed to our 43ft. wraparound lanai, you will most often be greeted by green sea turtles as they feed on coral in the surf. You'll enjoy our free WiFi throughout the condo and cable TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Our full kitchen with new appliances is well stocked with service for 6 and a washer/dryer is located in the unit. The dining table seats 6. The master suite is large with a comfortable king bed w/luxury linens; a 42' flat panel TV/DVD; and a clock radio w/docking station. The guest bedroom has twin beds that convert to king if desired; a 36' flat screen TV/DVD; clock radio with docking station. Both main bathrooms include a tiled walk-in shower with luxury linens. The living room has a comfortable queen size foldout couch with large flat screen TV and DVD player. Free wireless internet (WIPI) is available within the unit. To the left as you walk in the front door is a bonus 1/2 bath which is desirable for when you have guests over to visit. The wraparound couch in the living room folds out to a queen bed, so the condo sleeps six comfortably. Three sets of sliders give access to the 43ft. wraparound lanai from the dining area, living area, and master bedroom. This provides breathtaking and seemingly private ocean and mountain views. The Royal Kahana property boasts a spacious pool area with a large heated pool; an impeccably maintained lawn area with lounge furniture for sunbathing; a large indoor cabana for dining and entertainment; several gas barbeques, ping pong tables, and shuffleboard. There is an exercise room with treadmills, weight machines, and stair-stepper. Parking is available outside or in the underground garage. The Royal Kahana resort charges $18 per day for parking.

Just rent this 2BR, 2.5 Bath!!! It has an amazing view off of the balcony! The beach is within a walking distance of less than 200ft /-.

The Condo was better than advertised, The rooms were spacious and the place was super clean. Nice touch having shampoo and soap (I forgot mine). We spent 10 days at the Condo and could have stayed longer. The Vernada was the highlight for me. We hit peak whale season and saw 25/30 whales a day, not to mention the sea turtles. Hope to come back next year.

The view was breathtaking -- we intended to go out exploring more -- but we couldn't get enough of the balcony. The rental was well stocked and had lots of beach towels and gear. The air conditioning couldn't quite keep up with the afternoon sun in the main area but the bedrooms were nice and cool. Beds were comfortable and Mike was available for all our questions. Great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the lanai is gorgeous and the place is very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to the ocean. We would love to come back here.

Very pleased with this condo. Nice location and close to all the activities we wanted to attend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Woke up each morning to watching sea turtles and whales. A nice large lanai and enjoyed the oceanfront view and soud of the breakers. Would definitely stay here again. Great location for shopping and dinning.

Everything was exactly as advertised! Perfect for our two couples. The rooms and bathrooms were very good. The kitchen had a nice amount of cooking gear, which some vrbo places don’t have. Will definitely consider staying here again. And the VIEW!

Outstanding views from wrap around lanai. Unit was relatively clean but could use a deep cleaning. Location was the tops and easy to get to beaches and restaurants. Owner provided small amenities and previous renters left shampoos and sunscreens. We loved our stay and would recommend this unit.

As soon as we walked in and saw the incredible ocean view, I knew we were in the right place! I actually felt like I could stay here and never leave, with the ocean view, the gorgeous sunsets, and the soft sounds of the waves - and there’s so much to do in Maui! The property manager, Jennifer, responded quickly to our questions the first day we were there, and never needed to contact her again. The A/C worked perfectly, as did the stove, dishwasher, etc. The property owner, Michael, was very responsive when we had questions in the weeks prior to arriving. The Royal Kahana pool, for all guests, is large and beautiful - it was never crowded (but we were there in Sept., after the school year began). This is the first condo in which we’ve stayed in Hawaii to which we’d definitely return - and we’ve stayed in many nice condos over the decades in Kauai, Maui, Oahu, & Big Island.

Best balcony ocean view ever!

Our family (2 parent/2 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Watching whales from the balcony while sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening was wonderful. Condo kitchen was well equipped and the unit's beach gear was also very helpful. Great location as base for exploring lots of the island.
