New to our rental program, this is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Fairway Oaks Villa on the Amelia Island Plantation sleeps up to 6 guests. Cascading oaks and the serene environment surround this beautifully appointed rental. The glassed in porch allows great extra living space. There is a large galley kitchen that is perfect for the discriminating gourmet cook!

There are 2 bicycles available at all times in the unit for long relaxing rides on the wonderful bike trails available on the plantation. There is a pool in the complex that is available for guest use.

IT'S ADVISABLE to purchase travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. Additionally, please be aware that we don't offer refunds or rescheduling for bookings impacted by inclement weather, including tropical storms or hurricanes.

Condo a little run down only 1 parking place had to park 2 miles away with second vehicle.

Florida is Beautiful but especially Amelia Island.

Thank you for your feedback. We will be working with the owner this fall to do some updating to this unit. With limited parking at the complex, I am glad we were able to accommodate your extra vehicle at our offsite parking. We hope you will come back to Amelia and stay with us again!
