Every space in this home has been thoughtfully upgraded to create a fresh, elevated coastal experience. Updates include new flooring, furnishings, upgraded beds and bedding, new windows, a new HVAC system, updated lighting, refreshed showers and fixtures, and a renovated kitchen. The home feels bright, clean, and welcoming — designed for comfort without losing its relaxed beach charm.

Coastal Kyma comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and is Ideal for discerning families seeking a refined yet relaxed beach experience. The spacious family room features an oversized sectional perfect for gathering, along with a large-screen TV for movie nights. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom, and puzzles and family games are available for easy, screen-free fun.

The renovated kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig — perfect for relaxed meals before or after the beach. Safety features such as smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher ensure peace of mind.

Outdoor living is effortless here. Enjoy coffee on the oceanfront porch, rinse off in the new hot-and-cold outdoor shower, and grill dinner while listening to the surf. The garage has been transformed into a recreation space featuring:
