House was very clean. Host was great!! The ocean view was the water on the horizon. Could not see the beach from the back porch. Wish owners would extend the walkway like the houses on each side of the property.

The property did have an ocean view from most rooms and the beach was very nice. The house was quite roomy and was crystal clean. The deck is huge and the house had plenty of amenities.

Awesome views

Listing was accurate, the place was well done, the deck was the place to be and the ocean was beautiful. Location was great, close to restaurants but secluded enough to just enjoy family.

Great location! Private back deck with a short private walkway to the beach. The part of the beach this house is on is quiet and peaceful. There’s not a lot of traffic or people at all. A great spot for kids! Downtown Fernadina, fort clench state park, and everything you may need is a short golf cart ride away. The house came with an easy check in, plenty of towels and blankets, and all pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. we needed. We will be back!

The property was perfect! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful view. The beds were comfortable which is not always the case. The gopher tortoise living in the dunes was an added bonus, a little shy, but fun to watch if you happen to see him.

Fabulous Relaxing Home

My husband and I enjoyed this home so much that we were sad to leave it!! The access to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed collecting shells daily. Will definitely book again!

Fernandina Beach

This home is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. Being oceanfront was a bonus!! The location was convenient and this was a great spot for our family. Make sure to eat at Ciao Italian Bistro while you’re in the area. It was amazing!!

We absolutely loved this property! It has been beautifully updated and is so modern but comfortable. The beds are all comfortable as well, and the kitchen has everything you could need. And the views are absolutely stunning. We adored the gopher tortoise living on the back dune and named her Talitha; maybe it can catch on! Highly recommend.

If you are visiting Amelia with your family this is the perfect beach house in its price point! We live here but rented this house when all our children came for a week! Rotated who slept here, but everyone enjoyed the house for the beach days and dinners and time by the fire pit! Perfect location on the north end! Perfect for the family pups! Perfect deck for everyone to gather and visit! Perfectly cleaned, perfectly stocked with everything we needed to have family dinners! We celebrated my grandsons 18th birthday and had a photo session on the beach! Shoutout to Kristie at Soulshine Photography!!! Check out her Facebook page, Our family photos were gorgeous,! Kristie was reasonably priced and great to work with! Did I say the house is in the perfect location on the island! It’s quiet, close to the fort and restaurants and the beach is beautiful, just a short walk over the dunes! The management company could not have been better to deal with. We had a tiny issue with the air. They came within minutes on the weekend to take care of it . And called the next day to be sure everything was fine!! I’ve stayed in a lot of air bbb’s over the years, and this house, location, beach, everything about it was perfect! Book it and come visit soon!!!

Exactly as advertised - 5 stars

First, the property was exactly as advertised; the place was clean and easy check-in. In fact we asked if we could extend our stay and that process was really easy also. The property has really nice beach chairs which was a significant plus so we didn’t have to worry about that and the location is sublime given it’s on the north end of the island and much less crowded. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Shrimp festival at the beach

We stayed at this home in 2022 and it needed a lot of work, they poured a lot of money into the renovation and made a lot of a great upgrades. The house was 100% better this time. Thanks for all the work and we will be back.

PTP Breast Cancer walk

This home is nice. It has recently had improvements and we were the first ones to rent. Any small issue was addressed promptly and with care. Highly recommend. Only adds I would do would be to add a platter and serving bowls. Otherwise 10 out of 10
