Welcome to this classic Florida Beach house located at the quiet North End of Amelia Island! Stunning ocean views from every room of this home will surely delight guests while the pristine sand dunes provide a backdrop for lovely evenings spent on the massive back deck with brand new Trex decking!

With exceptional ocean views, the spacious great room style living area will provide the perfect setting for vacation memories! This room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, two chairs and a flat screen smart TV. The living space opens to the huge new back deck with a private beach boardwalk! The Trex deck features a dining table with seating for six as well as a comfortable outdoor loveseat and two chairs.

The driveway and the space beneath this home have recently been finished with pavers creating a fun shaded play space! A propane grill is available for guest use on this lower patio area, as well.

Guests will find everything needed to prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. The adjacent dining area allows seating for six at the main dining table along with two barstools at the counter. A second table with seating for two is perfect for extra guests or playing games!

Early birds can wake up with the sunrise in the master bedroom suite which is outfitted with a king bed and flat screen TV. Those who choose to sleep in will definitely appreciate the blackout curtains! The fully renovated attached bathroom features a combination shower/tub with double sinks. Sliding glass doors allow access to the spectacular deck from this room.

Bedroom 2 features a king bed and sliding glass doors to the sunny oceanfront deck! Blackout curtains are also in place in this room. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The second fully updated bathroom is located in the hallway and features a combination bathtub shower.

This spectacular home is directly oceanfront and only steps from the beautiful shoreline! The private beach boardwalk provides a quick route to a shark tooth hunter's paradise at water's edge. Popular nearby restaurants include the Sandbar and Salt Life. Main Beach is just over 1 mile away offering mini golf, picnic areas and volleyball. A quick drive will take you to the historic downtown area where you can enjoy many shops and restaurants. Whether you choose to indulge in a sweet treat from Fantastic Fudge, dive into a good read from the Book Loft, or grab your morning coffee from Amelia Island Coffee, Fernandina's downtown is nothing short of a charming coastal community!

The property was perfect! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful view. The beds were comfortable which is not always the case. The gopher tortoise living in the dunes was an added bonus, a little shy, but fun to watch if you happen to see him.

This home is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. Being oceanfront was a bonus!! The location was convenient and this was a great spot for our family. Make sure to eat at Ciao Italian Bistro while you’re in the area. It was amazing!!

We absolutely loved this property! It has been beautifully updated and is so modern but comfortable. The beds are all comfortable as well, and the kitchen has everything you could need. And the views are absolutely stunning. We adored the gopher tortoise living on the back dune and named her Talitha; maybe it can catch on! Highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised - 5 stars

First, the property was exactly as advertised; the place was clean and easy check-in. In fact we asked if we could extend our stay and that process was really easy also. The property has really nice beach chairs which was a significant plus so we didn’t have to worry about that and the location is sublime given it’s on the north end of the island and much less crowded. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Shrimp festival at the beach

We stayed at this home in 2022 and it needed a lot of work, they poured a lot of money into the renovation and made a lot of a great upgrades. The house was 100% better this time. Thanks for all the work and we will be back.

This home is nice. It has recently had improvements and we were the first ones to rent. Any small issue was addressed promptly and with care. Highly recommend. Only adds I would do would be to add a platter and serving bowls. Otherwise 10 out of 10

Great location! Private back deck with a short private walkway to the beach. The part of the beach this house is on is quiet and peaceful. There’s not a lot of traffic or people at all. A great spot for kids! Downtown Fernadina, fort clench state park, and everything you may need is a short golf cart ride away. The house came with an easy check in, plenty of towels and blankets, and all pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. we needed. We will be back!
