Place was dirty, we left after the first night. The host never answered our message and we are still waiting for a refund.

Facts are, guests didnt report the issue while on the property knowing a full time worker lives next to the units to assist guests. The dirty place he mention and according to the pictures share to Vrbo is a residue of a sticker in the bottom of the toilet.. and dirt behind the stove. Both issues could have been addressed right away. But guests only message next morning to say he was leaving, after being ask the reason he didnt answer until 11:45pm of the second night. He didnt bother to cancel the reservation so the date was blocked all day during our peak season. I have answered the 2 emails and phone call i got from VRBO. I wll not issue a refund. As a guest you also have the responsibility to communicate issues on time or at least request to cancel the second night on time to open the date for other bookings.

Beautiful, Modern Townhouse

The apartment is new and beautifully appointed. It is equipped very well and immaculately comfortable. I was surprised at the quality of the internet and every detail of the apartment is excellent. I can not adequately describe how beautiful and welcoming the roof terrace is. The view to the ocean while sitting in the hot tub can not be beat. The apartment is located in a secure community and access to San Juan del Sur town and all the surrounding beaches is easy.
