Enjoy Prescott in this sunny, clean, happy space with vaulted ceilings and an attached garage in a quiet neighborhood on private streets.
The home is single level, comfortably fits four adults and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bath and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom across the hall. All beds have new memory foam mattresses and the guest bedroom has room darkening curtains. Tenants have also said that the living room recliners are great to sleep in for those with back issues.
The primary bathroom has grab bars in the step-in shower and next to the toilet and the guest bathroom has grab bars in the shower/tub combo.
Home is stocked with linens, blankets, towels, starter bathroom toiletries, hangars, laundry baskets, unscented laundry detergent, fans, kitchenware, pots/pans, condiments, cleaning supplies, and trail maps.
The HOA maintains front yard landscaping.
Tenants have access to the seasonal pool (open May - Oct), tennis and pickleball courts which are two blocks down the street from the house. The pool is open from 7am-9pm and reserved on weekdays from 7am-10am for adult/exercise swimming. The clubhouse has racquetball courts, a pool table and a ping pong table.
The home is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood called Hidden Valley Ranch on private streets set in rolling hills and Ponderosa pines. Neighbors are often out walking their dogs or heading to the pool which is two blocks down the street from the house. The neighborhood is dark and quiet at night which makes sleeping a breeze. The neighborhood backs to the Prescott National Forest.
Extensive trail systems start just a quick .24 mile walk/bike/drive from the house at the end of Cougar Lane. Goldwater Lakes is accessible from the trails or an easy 10 minute drive up Senator Hwy. The new Bean Peaks flow trails are also accessible from the trails near the house. Parking at city lakes is free on Wednesdays. City Lakes include Goldwater Lakes, Lynx Lake and Watson Lake.
There is a Safeway grocery store/pharmacy/Starbucks just 1.1 miles/5 minute drive from the house.
Prescott offers great local restaurants, breweries and activities such as kayaking, hiking and mountain biking. Prescott is renowned among the adventure crowd for its extensive multi-use trail systems and lakes. OHV rental is convenient for exploring the Prescott National Forest trails.
The downtown Courthouse square and historic Whiskey Row often host festivals, parades, bands, outdoor cinema and car shows and are only 2.2 miles/7 minutes from the house.
You can also head to Sedona for beautiful red rock cliffs or Flagstaff for cooler summer temps and winter snow skiing.
Pets are negotiable. If allowed, dogs cannot be on the furniture or beds.
No smoking or vaping inside.
