6 people maximum. No unregistered guests on property unless approved by host.

No diving in the pool, no glass in pool area. Guests acknowledge there is not a lifeguard on duty on property.
Pool temperature set to 84 unless otherwise requested.
Things off limits on property...
There are a few areas that are off limits that contain the hosts personal belonging, cleaners supplies etc. These areas should not be tampered with or entered. Violation of this will be a cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.

This home is not equipped with an EV charger. Please no EV charging, this is a potential fire risk without the proper equipment.
