poor communication....property only has 4 bedrooms, no fireplace and has animal hair all over house.

This home has 5 beds. It’s immaculate and the guest asked to check in early before it was ready letting them know that the previous guest had put garbage cans in the garage leaving some flies that I had just had treated by the bug company and they need to have my cleaning company come back in and clean up before they checked in, they wanted to check in early and said that they would sweep up the bugs themselves.
