As long as you are expecting an older house it is well furnished and comfortable. It fit our needs perfectly and the host was accommodating. The kitchen was not highly stocked and we provided our own coffee filters and bath soap, but furnishings are very nice.

House didn't look like the picture. Supposed to have a fenced yard and was told a few days before my arrival it would not be available (one of the main reasons I picked it). There wasn't any number on the house so it was a little difficult to find. Couldn't adjust the heat.The house itself was fine.

The ad states there's no access to the backyard on the website. As well as theres no fence shown in any photos. The thermostat to the heater works fine and I told you I was right out back if you had any problems,I'm always quick to fix anything I can right away. As well as I spoke to you before you booked the place when you asked to bring your pet that there was no access to the back yard and you still booked it. I didn't complain since you left the place clean but her pet shed really bad all over the bedspread and floors in the room and she left a stench of cigarettes.
