Without leaving the neighborhood you can enjoy the community’s clubhouse, gym free arcade, waterpark, tiki bar and grill, and many sport facilities.

The house includes a screened in, south-facing, heatable pool with hot tub (see notes), gas grill available upon request (see notes) and large deck ideal for spending the day relaxing without even leaving the house. Beautiful property, that was very comfortable. Close enough to amenities, yet far enough away for comfort and privacy. Nothing more than expected damages with a house that sees high resident turnover. Was a little underwhelmed by the clubhouse pool, however the actual property makes up for that in spades.

Best Family Vacation Ever

The house is unbelievable. The photos do not do it justice. There were 14 people in the house but with the layout and how big it was we never felt crowded. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy Florida. Having 2 dining room tables and 2 tables to eat outside allowed the entire family to eat together. This allowed for loud and fun meals. Bedrooms were large with beautiful comfy beds, bathrooms were great and plentiful lol! Not only can you take in the pool and hot tub in the backyard, it was only a 5 minute walk to the lazy river, and pool complex. Communication with the owners were wonderful, from the moment we booked until our vacation was over. This was our first time renting a home for a vacation and having gathering places for everyone rather than just a hotel room was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Golf trip with friends

This was the perfect house for 8 adults in a golf trip. Plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen with two fridges and a nice pool for relaxing at the end of the day with a BBQ. Great location. Everything worked and the place was nice and clean.

Very Comfortable and cozy

This was my first home rental and me and my family really enjoyed it. It was like a home away from home everything went smooth even the check in process of getting in the house. There are not enough words to describe how Awesome this house is. We had 20 guest and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own little away time if needed. If ever in Florida with a large group I would defiantly rent this home again!!!

Family Reunion

It was a very fun time with GreatGrandma, her kids, their kids, and their kids. Olive Garden delivered one night and thanks to the host for the use of the BBQ grill, we had a big cookout Saturday night. The best part for the youngest kids was the water park and the other really enjoyed just relaxing in the lazy river or the pool at the home. We have stayed in this development three years in a row and really enjoy it. Just wish the stay was longer.

This home was perfect for our party of 19. 9 adults and 10 children.

Everyone in our party enjoyed the house and the amenities at the Clubhouse were awesome. This was a great vacation. We had one small problem with water pressure in one sink but that was taken care of by the property manager. All the theme parks were 30 minute or less drive away. Disney was much closer. Thanks Jim and Vickie for letting us enjoy your home. We will be back!

Beautiful Cozy New Home

From the moment we walked in was amazing. Walked into a clean and new smelling home. Every room has a television and Cable TV. The upstairs gameroom was awesome with pool table and foosball table. I personally stayed in the Master Bedroom Downstairs and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived the pool was not being heated yet but once it was turned on we swam each day regardless of the tempature outside. We would stay here again without a doubt!!!

Family getaway

We had a great time while at Windsor. The house was big and it fit the our group of 17 comfortably. We paid extra for the pool heat and it was warm and never had any issues. Jim was quick to answer any questions and kept us in the loop with check in. The Xbox and tv upstairs didn’t work, but the property manager said they would look into it further for the future guests. That was the only complaint for the trip, so I consider that a win. Thanks for a great place to stay while spending time with our family!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 14 of us ages 78 to 7. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. Beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoyed the Club House and Community amenities. Not far from Kissimmee and Orlando main attractions. Several other rentals in the area and lots of cars in the street even though they weren't suppose to. (Not the owners responsibility just FYI) House was as promised and just as the floor plan on the website. Owner was prompt with all communication and items were addressed. Would definilty stay again.

Large house- NOT clean

This house is large and has plenty of space for a family/friends gathering. Easy walk to the clubhouse in a mostly quiet neighborhood. We paid extra for pool & spa heat, but the spa heat did not work for the first 3 days of our 6 day trip. House has a lot of damage from previous renters. This house was NOT clean, seems like this is a recurring issue with other reviews. There are also no cleaning supplies to do it ourselves.

Reasonably quiet neighborhood within walking distance to clubhouse and community pool

Having the two bedrooms on the main floor is a must for those of us that don't do stairs well. There was a smattering of fireworks and loud talking in the middle of the night that disturbed some of our company's sleep but that was always short-lived. We are a family of cooks and we found the variety of cookware a little underwhelming and for such a large house, a lot more silverware is needed. We paid extra for the extra heating in the hot tub. The hot tub did get very hot. The whole pool area could use lighting for use at night. The pool table is way too small for any real 8 ball play. The owner was very responsive to the few concerns we did have.
