The lakefront property features 75 feet of level frontage with a 80 ft permanent dock and boat whips (upon request). Charming country kitchen and dining area and spacious living room give you plenty of room for relaxing with family or entertaining friends. Enjoy the serenity of this peaceful lake from the wraparound deck, dine in the screened in porch overlooking the lake or relax on your own personal beach! Conveniently located close to shopping, hiking, restaurants and the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine Trails.

Relaxing stay at the lake

We had a lovely week at the lake house. It was very clean and comfortable. There were four kayaks available for us to use and also a very nice firepit. Nice deck over the water to listen to the waves. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom.

Our Yearly Lake Trip

We have been coming to this beautiful lake home for 3 years and will continue to be back. The house is well stocked and clean. It is in a perfect location for outings and walks around the town (we use the playground and tennis courts a lot). Lori is extremely easy to communicate with and ensures a seamless stay. I highly recommend this property.

Family Trip

We bring my sister-in-law up to the finger lakes every year for a family reunion. Love to stay at the lake house as you can get no closer to the lake. Excellent as always.

Family stay second year in a row

We stayed at the property last summer and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to book again for this year. However, there were some things last year we chose not to say anything about, thinking they were just overlooked. Though, this year, some items were in poorer condition versus last year.

Perfect stay on the lake

We've rented several houses on Lake Geneva, and this was by far the nicest. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. The communication with the owners before and during the stay was excellent. Most importantly, this is not a cookie cutter rental. It's a house that the people live in when it's not being rented, and it shows. I hope we will have the chance to stay here again.

Perfect place for our family

House was clean, check in and out were easy. Our toddler loved the sand pit and we loved looking for rocks and sea glass in the beach areas as well as having our morning coffee on the deck. Would definitely stay again, great location!

Scenic, quiet retreat

We had a wonderful stay. Lori (host) was attentive, but not intrusive. The property is well maintained, clean and has gorgeous views of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to relax

A perfect place to share with family. Every gadget you need to create great meals with lots of plates, bowls, silverware and pots/pans. Water so relaxing, having the use of kayaks and life jackets was a great bonus. The water is shallow at lake edge so looking for beach glass and playing in the water was nice. Swimming off the end of dock nice because we could stand and kids could jump in. The porch was great for morning coffee, games at the table and evening cocktails. Wineries and breweries close by for visiting. Great place to land for vacation.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property! The house was clean and had everything we needed to have a fun week at the lake. We spent a lot of time on the sun porch. The kayaks were so much fun. We will miss floating in the lake and sipping wine on the dock!

Great for families

Great property Had so much fun with my family and three kids Lots of water activities and situated right next to a park so kids had fun walking over to that Nice outside seating area right near the water with a shore line so kids could walk out into water Dock had a gate to keep little children off dock, use of kayaks and paddle boat. Would recommend to any family-

Wonderful Retreat

It was hard to leave this gem of a vacation home. The sun porch was a great place to read, puzzle or eat. The kids loved the lake, the ducks and the sand box. This is a very special property.

Beautiful, secluded spot

While the house and property were perfect for a lake vacation, we especially enjoyed the quiet town and proximity to lots of activities. Lori was exceptionally responsive to any questions and gave great recommendations for things to do. We will be back!

Great Getaway!

Everything was managed professionally and with an eye for comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped, the bed was comfortable, the options for relaxing are varied. Seneca Lake Gem

We had a fabulous time at Lori’s house. The house has absolutely everything to make your vacation special. Nestled in a quiet cove the property is lakeside with a great dock . The house has great charm with a very peace vibe. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

House, locations, amenities, and owners were all that we look for in a relaxing family trip!

The house was as advertised! It was clean and well stocked. The location was terrific for our 2 families with children. Right on the water for easy boating - they provided excellent kayaks and paddle boat. Dock was great for swimming. Public beach right next was a nice alternative for kids to use and run around in the park. Located close to best wineries in Finger Lakes, best ice cream stand in Upstate NY, and Penn Yan when we needed supplies.
