Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not leave towels piled up on the floor. Moist towels will quickly begin to smell! Please hang them from hooks or towel bars.
Trash day is Tuesday morning. On Monday, please pull the trash and recycling to the curb before you depart. All other days, please put the trash and recycling in the bins on the side yard.
Lock the doors behind you and return one key to the lockbox where you first got the key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Here is a tightened revision that incorporates the location detail clearly and smoothly:This is a review I may regret writing—because you’ll never want to leave this little magical place.It was the perfect setting for our family Christmas with my in-laws and our 8-year-old, made even more special by its location directly across the street from the elementary school my husband attended. That personal connection gave the home a warm, nostalgic charm. When my sanity was running low, I could escape to the finished lower level, where there is an absolute gem of a spa-style shower—quiet, peaceful, and completely shut off from the world.The beds were very comfortable, the amenities were lovely, and the location was ideal. It’s perfect for families, but I can just as easily imagine returning for a couples’ weekend away. One note for tall guests: my husband and I are both tall, and the lower level required a bit of careful navigation—but it was well worth it. We can’t wait to book again.
