This unit is approximately 1400 sq. ft. with an open concept main floor and two bedrooms on the upper with high cathedral ceilings.

The ocean views are breathtaking and if you desire all the excitement that MoBay has to offer, you are a short drive away.
What makes this property unique
Small, private and secure gate community. In the safe community of Bogue. There is a small community convenience store located a short walk up the hill. Fairview Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away by car or a 30 minute walk for those who want to get their steps in. The shopping centre has it all from food to fashion as well as a night club and movie theatre.
