Kiter's Base is a traditional Cycladic Studio ideal not only for kitesurfers, but all those who want to enjoy the peaceful sea & garden view while listening to the sound of the waves crushing at the beach. The studio is located steps away from one of the best kitesurfing spots in Greece and offers charming views over the sea and Parthena Beach from both of its balconies. It is equiped with all the basic amenities and it will gladly be your base during your best surfing holidays.

It might be small and simply decorated but it's still suitable even for long stays. The studio is equiped with a kitchenette along witha all the necessary pots to cook your favourite meals*. Take your breakfast at the terrace, enjoy the view and the fresh meltemi blowing your face. When you get ready gather your surfing gear. In a few steps you can start your session!

The apartment will be cleaned after every 3 nights. You are kindly requested to leave the apartment between 10.00 & 11.00 so the cleaner can enter
Please respect and take care of the place and the furniture. In case any damage happens accidentally or not you will have to cover the cost
Avoid using the dark wood chairs outside. Use the plastic chairs provided instead
