I have been going to Cabo for about 23 years.
Why they chose this property
I've stayed on Medano Beach before and in private villas. I wanted to be close to town to be able to walk but still have privacy and enjoy the swimmable beach. The house came on the market for fractional ownership and I jumped at the opportunity to have the two prime weeks each year. I also got married here with family.
What makes this property unique
I like inviting family members and friends along, but being stuck in a villa alone without other facilities became frustrating. This villa solves the problem. Private beach, private pools and the town of Cabo right there. This is a remarkable and unique villa with so many special touches.
